Black Friday has become the biggest shopping day. How could James, a small delivery startup, compete against his competitors that have big investments in media, million-dollar live streams, awesome celebrities and influencers?
We made it simple: we hacked the competitions’ coupons that they paid a lot of money to announce. We encouraged the audience to send us print screens of the promotional codes from other delivery apps. Then, we turned these coupons into even better discounts that could be used on James’ app.
